Nice restaurant. Good food with affordable price, quite cheaper compare with quality and decoration of dishes. Highly recommend
Really surprised to find a really good Italian restaurant this far from Sukhumvit. I’ve been to Pola Pola once a few years ago with my nail salon workers. This dinner is for one of my workers and we tried a mix of Thai dishes and Italian. I have to say the beef lasagne was spot on. I couldn’t taste ricotta cheese or maybe because there’s little but I’m not complaining. I know cheese in Thailand is an expensive ingredient. At 350B this one is a bargain Pizza with ham and pineapple was good. The crust was a little of what I’m used to back in NYC. Their pizzas are not cheap I think this one cost 450B. I also ordered mix grilled sausage. So this one I’m not too fond of. Both white sausage had a strange soft consistency to it. Kind of mushy maybe if the grilled it longer perhaps. But I’m not taking a star off because I’m not a sausage expert and perhaps that’s just the way it’s supposed to be. The Thai dishes ordered my Thai staff like so no complaints there. Next time I go back I know what I’ll be ordering again.
Pola Pola Restaurant and Bar have been around in the business for a long while. People from Kasetsart university (which is nearby) and Ngamwongwarn area should be familiar with the name. The place is spacious, offering several dining areas (indoor) and many function/VIP rooms. The restaurant here is indeed a "fusion", offering Italian dishes and Thais' favorites. Decoration and design are very nice. Cozy feelin' and made you feel like home ambiance. There are live music (piano) at the scene as well. Food itself is pretty good. The signature here is the roast chicken with red sauce and the roast duck together with coffee bean scent. Fast service, attentive waiters and waitresses. Prices are reasonable. There are plenty of car parking lots around.
Located very close to the Kasertsart University. This restaurant offer many kind of food. It is also offer the private room for the group. Scenery located outside is decorated naturally. Thanks to bug glad wall of the restaurant, you will feel relaxing when you look outside. Overall taste is good. Recommended!
Nice atmosphere and good place for group of friend, family or couples. these are Thai-Italian Food, quite good taste and reasonable price. Good Service of staff.
