Pancake Cafe

The pancakes were absolutely delicious and very tasty. However, when we ordered, the staff informed us that it would take about 30 minutes to prepare them. We said that was fine since we weren’t in a hurry. After 30 minutes passed, the pancakes still hadn’t arrived. When we asked the staff again, they told us it would take another 5 minutes. In total, we ended up waiting almost an hour. Overall, the experience was disappointing—not because of the pancakes themselves, but because of the long wait. Even though we weren’t in a rush, if we had been told the actual waiting time from the beginning, we wouldn’t have stayed. For the pancakes, I would give 5 stars; for the waiting time, I would give 0 if I could.

Great experience as a first time customer. We shared a Crème Brûlée Fluffy Pancake and Strawberry Fluffy Pancake between 6 people and we all had sufficient amount for an after-lunch dessert. The portion sizes are quite large, so I recommend sharing one among 2-3 people (depending on how hungry you are for dessert) Both were very fluffy and light. Creme brulee was more creamy and dense while the strawberry one was more light and melt in your mouth. Flavours overall were delicious and the side berry compote helped to break down the sweetness of the other flavours. Price wise it’s a little on the higher end for a dessert but understandably so for its portion size. We didn’t have any line to wait in, since we arrived around 4pm. Order from the counter directly. Our pancakes arrived fairly quickly. Overall our experience was good and fun witnessing a wobbly pancake 😄

We waited for about 30 minutes for their famous pancakes. It was quite jiggly, but tasted quite eggy. We made our own pancake combo and liked it

Waited for about 20 minutes to get a table. Waited another 20-30 minutes for items to be served. Was expecting a very delicious pancake since the crowd is tremendous. The souffle texture is not light & not soft enough. Lack of fluffiness. Sauce is also too little. Quite overrated & overpriced.

Wayyy over hyped and over priced. The wait for a table was about 20 minutes and the wait for the food was another 30 minutes for my husband and 40 minutes for me. Mine was undercooked so ended up not eating at all. BTW the whipped butter is just a chunk of hard butter on top of the pancake. They didn't have any other options
