warm and relaxing atmosphere, love coming here to work around lunch time. nice music, not loud, english speaking staff is kind and very attentive. great variety of delicious italian food. otto’s is also the only place i’ve stumbled across that serves kombucha in bangkok AND they make it in house with their own special recipe. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the area

I want to start off by saying if I got my dish where I live in the United States it would have been $80 or more. It was the lobster pasta. It was amazingly delicious 😋 I then finished with as ice cream dessert and that was amazingly delicious as well. The staff was so polite and nice. When I'm back in Bangkok I'll go there again. I suggest you go there as well.

My furry kid love it and so do I. Foods were awesome and well-cared. Lucky us we were able to try festive recipes during Christmas Eve. Would certainly get back next time for brunch and coffee.

Super pet friendly cafe with good food and relaxed vibe! Good brunch selection - we had the pasta carbonara and the chicken Caesar sandwich. The pasta was cooked al dente and had a nice fusion touch of spicy carbonara sauce. The sandwich was nicely toasted with fried chicken and yummy Caesar build. The cafe is bright, airy, chilled and super clean with good music. Staff are very friendly; even coming around to ask how the food and service was! Set in a pet friendly condo, the surrounding environment outside is great to walk the dog too. We will be coming again!

A nice, cozy café with a relaxed vibe. We came on a weekend afternoon and were glad it wasn’t crowded, so getting a table was easy. There’s a decent selection of food and drinks. The pasta was a bit too salty for our taste, and while the beef taco was flavorful, it was a little messy to eat. The house-made kombucha was surprisingly good, and the strawberry matcha was also enjoyable. Staff service was excellent—friendly and attentive throughout.
