An absolutely incredible meal at Sushi Kogane. The Special Ankimo was superb—rich and perfectly prepared. The 3 Unis and the Otoro Jabara Sashimi were also both superb; the quality of the fish here is clearly top-tier. We also tried the Special Honmaguro Uni Roll (cut into 4 pieces). While it was still superb in its own right, it was perhaps the "least" superb compared to the absolute perfection of the sashimi and uni. Nevertheless, the whole experience was fantastic. A must-visit for serious sushi lovers!

Very reasonable price — especially with the 20% discount on the sushi menu! My favorite is the Tenshino Sushi, it’s super, super good — definitely 5⭐️! Even though this restaurant is in Bangkok and not originally from Japan, the quality is truly impressive. Highly recommended! 💸 Average spending: around 2,000+ THB per person

Japanese food at its best! Everything was incredibly fresh, from the sashimi to the sushi rolls. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were perfectly balanced clean, delicate, and authentic. The staff were very friendly and attentive too. Highly recommended for anyone who loves real Japanese taste!

This place is actually nice if you want to try omakase-styled dining, yet you get to decide each serve by yourself. The chef was very polite and very quiet. The quality of the ingredients was good. However, the temp of the rice was a bit too warm at first servings. The sauce, too, was too salty and too strong. This was quite a turn off for me. The uni trio was quite a disappointment. Not sure if it’s not the right season for uni or what, but uni was a little bitter, creamy, but bitter. The sequence of serving each dish was off for me. Definitely not omakase standard, as omakase chefs usually serve from the lightest (white meat fish) to the richest. Overall, i still recommend this place if you struggle to find an omakase quality with a reasonable price.
