Hop Chafe

The shop is located on the 4th floor in the food court area, near the escalator going up to the next floor. It's easy to find. I ordered a "less sweet cocoa smoothie" for 35 baht. The taste was just right, moderately sweet, and very delicious. The ice was blended into fine, smooth flakes. Whenever I'm in the CentralWorld/Pratunam area, I always stop by to buy a cocoa smoothie.

Absolutely appalling service ! I've been there 4 times this week, first time too busy to service me " too busy" waved me away" went back after eating my lunch wanted to order a soda drink, was told sold out. ALL. SODA. DRINKS. Second time they didn't even both to serve me just kept chating and preparing drinks 3 staff members. Third time after waiting very patiently was told again all soda drinks sold out. Today, again not served. Waited very patiently but was ignored twice, before I had my lunch and after. Incredible! And no not that busy. All the staff including the supervisor needs a refresher course in customer service or is it that they don't want tourists money.

Bubble tea shop with prices starting at 20 baht, free pearls. This is Hop Chafe, Big C Ratchadamri branch, located on the 4th floor near the food court. I tried the Thai tea, it tasted good, and the pearls were free, all for 20 baht. It's significantly cheaper than other brands on the market. The shop accepts cash only (no QR code payments or credit cards).
