The staff is friendly and it was easy to order in English. They gave me an accurate time expectation for food service. The atmosphere is relaxing with soft music. The food is amazing. These are probably the best, fluffiest, softest pancakes ever. Definitely the best I've had and I have had pancakes in many countries. Im glad I stopped here.

Spacious cafe with virtually everything. Suitable for chilll chill relax and study. Chairs and tables are simple but comfortable. Reasonable price. Coffee is good and strong. Free wifi too.

I was trying to check out The Street Ratchada before it got crazy busy, but little did I know The Street Ratchada doesn't open until eleven. Holly's access to great internet, delicious shaved ice, and cool customer service kept me company and the space to actually get some work in. What did we learn? The Street Ratchada opens at 11am, and Holly's Coffee is the fuel up spot before The Street Ratchada activities.

Holly's Coffee offers beautifully decorated desserts that are a feast for the eyes. While the presentation deserves a solid 4 stars, the taste was just fine. It was a nice experience, but there’s room for improvement in flavour.
