Hideout Café

This is a really fun place. They are very friendly and will teach you any game. I am just an American tourist that came over and they were very welcoming. They have a great selection from camel up and ticket to rise to harder games like terraforming Mars and Ark nova. They do have a new name called board game Academy- but you can just take a taxi right here.

This place was recommended by friends. I visited and discussed some of the games. Limited samples were available, and not all in English (which is necessary for my purpose). This was annoying but overall not a real problem. What did really bug me is the fact that they basically overcharged me by about 300% (as I learned later) . I found the games I bought there (thinking the place was recommended and therefore trustworthy) to be available online for about 30-35% of what I paid for them. I understand everyone needs to make money, but a 'margin' like that is just outrageous. There are many board game cafés in Bangkok. Best visit one of the others, or if you are buying, check for prices online first.

Variety selections of board games available and feels like a second home. You will get chance to learn new board games and meet new friends here. Moreover, the shop is now renovated from a small into the building which has a lot more space. Furthermore, there are also many selections of Home Made Ice Cream and Smoothies available (highly recommended, and you won't be regret).

Supeberr friendly people here, once u step in the place it is like ur second home and good place to chill and meet new friends. Come in if u are interested in boardgames, Invite your family and friends to playy.
