The staff were terrible, acting like customers were begging for free food. I was using a buy-one-get-one-free promotion and handed over my card. The employee said, "Choose your menu first." (Other branches say you have to mention the promotion before using it.) So I handed over my card saying I wanted to use this promotion. She said, "Customers choose their menus," but then finally insisted on giving me my card (in a very annoyed tone). I'm confused why she didn't take it in the first place. Then she kept saying, "Choose your menu." I don't know why she was in such a hurry, because there was no one in line, just us. I told my boyfriend not to rush, that there was no one in line, and that he could take his time choosing. He felt pressured. There were only 3-4 of us, and no queue. They close at 7 PM, but it was only 5 PM when we ordered.
The staff are absolutely terrible. They're rude, rude, and disrespectful. They raise their voices and demean customers and riders... They talk like, "Why don't you learn to listen carefully?" "Why don't you just order at once?" I'm so confused. How could they say that? The owner hired them to serve customers, yet they're arrogant and demeaning. The service is terrible. When riders receive orders, they don't call out the order number. When riders wait a bit longer, they complain, asking why they don't learn to listen themselves. Why do you have to call out? Why shouldn't you know this yourself? Uh, the riders have to wait for the shop to call. The staff called them. Sometimes, when they ask if they've received their order and they still say it, they're sarcastic to the rider. When they don't ask, they get yelled at. Why are they so terrible? They should change the staff. It's not a big deal, but they're rude and don't care about service. They don't smile or speak politely. Today, I ordered and waited, and I felt so sorry for the riders who had to deal with such terrible service. 1/10. Overall, it's terrible... My family has loved this tea brand since I can remember. It's only this brand. But from now on, I'll go with another brand. But if I went to another branch far from home, I'd still eat there. But this branch is a no-go. The staff are truly unwilling to work. I didn't ask you to eat there. We didn't beg you to do it. No matter how many times I've bought it, it's always the same. No matter how bad it is, I don't know why. Is it their bad manners or their lack of service? I don't care about you, the staff. And we don't need you to beg us to buy from your shop. It's the staff that's bad. So bad!

Glad I got to try the original thai tea at Cha Tra Mue when I was in Bangkok. And while I was there, I also purchased tea so that I could enjoy at home
Large shop with waiting area. Diverse menu options and affordable prices (50-60 baht). They should hire more staff as it's busy and wait times can be a bit long. The shop also sells products you can buy to make your own coffee at home, which is great.
