Came for breakfast, ordered two cups of coffee, a pasta, and a bagel. Staff taking the order seemed to have no experience (not the first time), looks like the shop is having trouble getting experienced staffs. Coffee came first but one being not hot at all, the other coffee was hot enough. The staff spilled coffee a little but did not clean, my wife had to go get tissues by herself and clean. Otherwise the taste of food is fine. Hope to see improvements.

The staff member wearing large earrings didn't bring the drink to the table, even though I chose to dine in. The level of customer service is far too low. The taste is average too, and you'd have a more stress-free experience at another café. I absolutely do not recommend going to this place.

Real Specialty Coffee shopp, focusing on quality and variety of beans. Skilful and caring baristas. Team brew a tasty cold Ethiopia coffee for me. Highly recommend!

Cappuccino is delicious, the cafe has a nice atmosphere _ clean, airy, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and lovely. So Gooddd 🥰

live right next to this branch and have been a regular, usually coming about once a week. Unfortunately, I’ve watched the quality and service go downhill week after week. Today I ordered a simple 100ml milk latte and a bagel with cream cheese. Instead, I got a latte with too much milk and a plain bagel—no cream cheese. When I asked for cream cheese, the staff charged me an extra 80 THB, claiming I hadn’t asked for it. In the end, I paid 160 THB just for a bagel with cream cheese. That’s ridiculous. If this place wants to keep customers, they need to get competent staff who can take a basic order correctly. Otherwise, people are going to stop coming.
