The food here for the caffe side and the main restaurant are super different. Personally I am a fan of the caffe side more. I’ve been here twice and still love their bread so much! Tried the focaccia, sourdough, puccia sandwiches. Salad is generous portions. The atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in Europe. Gelato is delicious with 6 flavors. Coffee and juice selections are great. I’ve really liked everything on the menu so far. Service is quite good although when they’re busy you might have to try to flag them down a bit. There is parking available.
As a tourist, I genuinely enjoyed my overall experience here. Every dish we ordered was superb 🤩 — beautifully presented, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully executed especially the “PUGLIA”. The ambience and interior design added so much charm, creating a warm and stylish dining atmosphere. The waitstaff were welcoming and attentive, which made the meal even more pleasant. However, there was one moment that unfortunately left a sour note. When the waiter came around for last orders, I asked for the cocktail menu and she handed over. I walked over to the bar to place an order. A Thai lady in a black dress — who appeared to be a manager — informed me rather abruptly that “the bar is closed.” There was no explanation, no warmth, just a very matter-of-fact response. What made it more confusing was that a few minutes later, three coffee orders were prepared for guests seated behind me. As someone who works in hospitality, I truly believe that how something is communicated makes all the difference. A simple, gracious explanation would have preserved the experience. Food, ambience, and most of the service were excellent — but hospitality is felt in the small moments. I hope this feedback helps elevate what is already a beautiful concept into an even more memorable one.
I went here to have my last breakfast before leaving Bangkok and what better than a quiet little breakfast at a nice quaint restaurant. The French toast brûlée was truly a treat fit for an emperor but I would probably go for something lighter unless you wanna spoil yourself. The ice cream with its simple appearance was truly deceiving as each bite was packed with a complexity of flavour which I took the time to thoroughly savour.
2nd visit here after a very memorable 1st visit. This time with my wife & little boy. Suffice to say, it was much better than my already very memorable 1st experience. Same friendly staff, great customer service. Beautiful breakfast spot hidden away in sukumvit 36. This time I ordered a caprese, avocado pesto toast, margherita and a cinnamon roll. The caprese being a very simple sandwich on pizza dough of basil pesto, fresh mozarella and tomatoes, such a treat both to the eyes and taste buds. My son was raving about this margherita. The avocado pesto toast was equally good. The 3 of us shared one cinnamon roll and although it wasn't enough for the stomach, it satisfied our soul. Original review : October 2025 This was on my places to must try during my bangkok trip. I ordered the plain cornetto (Italian twist to the french croissant. They have taken an already perfect product & elevated it with structural integrity & Italian finesse), Italian eggs shakshuka served with toasted focaccia and house-made focaccia barese with tomatoes, red onion & Oregano. To say everything was exceptionally well made is not any exaggeration, it would be unjust to say it's anything less than excellent, or maybe it was the gummies. The cornetto was melt in the mouth soft buttery inside and crumble outside, really memorable. I'm used to having the arabic version of shakshuka with other spices that makes it feel quite different, but what set this simple dish apart was the authenticity of all the natural flavors, the tanginess of tomatoes, the fresh basil leaves & Oregano. A definite must visit place. I had an experience I will not forget.
What a surprise find deep in the street across from Soi Tong Lor road and sits next to the Italian restaurant called L’Oliva. That’s for another review. This bakery is one of those places you end up staying longer than you planned. They have a nice selection of baked goods, and the ice cream options are just as tempting. Everything looks fresh and thoughtfully made. The space itself is calm and welcoming, with beautiful decor that makes it easy to relax. Whether you sit inside or outside, it’s a comfortable spot to slow down, enjoy a treat, and catch up with friends. I’ve been back more than once, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite places to unwind. I would recommend the pistachio ice cream with strawberry crostata. 😊
