Weekday mornings are the quietest
This place has become my afternoon drink spot. The owner is very friendly, the music - mostly jazz - takes you into another world. A cool drink under a tree, nothing more relaxing and great spot to watch the world pass by! Just opposite Gems Tower.
Best music. Really relaxed. And possibly the best thai food in Bangkok. A hidden gem in the diamond district. Old Bangkok charm in Charoen Krung. Nicest district for Bangkok lovers.
My favorite lunch spot in Bangkok Try the pumkin soup and the chicken satay that are very very good The atmosphere is wonderful I love it so much this place
Scam in Bangkok. This restaurant has two menus. There is a big price difference between menus with prices listed for Thais and menus with prices listed at higher prices for foreigners. I was embarrassed because they gave me a different menu, and they ended up adding 10% tax. They probably won't charge Thai people. The clerks are too lazy. Unfriendly and poor hygiene
This was a fantastic find on a shaded side street on a hot muggy day. We walked in, got a chilled bottle of good Australian Chardonnay and a serving of Vietnamese style (cold) spring rolls. They were fantastic and the spicy orange sauce was wonderful. We spent a very pleasant two hours watching the world spin. They moved a fan over on us and brought us chilled damp towels for our faces! Good music too.
