I went to order coffee and showed them a 1000 baht bill. They said they wouldn't sell it to me... The service at this branch is the worst.

Really rude unprofessional staff. Not trained to meet customers when misunderstanding has occurred but instead claimed that the customer said this and that. But in reality the staff missed out the actual order. Apparently this was not the first time they are covering up their flaws by being rude and not suggesting easy solutions with small means. I left that wrongly delivered coffee untouched. Not going to waste energy on this silly place as long as the staff doesn’t know how to behave. Such small money they are fussing about and lose their credibility.
