This is my go-to cafe for delicious and value-for-money drinks. This branch is beautiful and has two floors.
The restaurant has two floors, it's comfortable and there's plenty of seating. There's a corner next to the trees, it's a pity we couldn't see the waterfall.
There's a wide variety of drinks to choose from, and the location lives up to its name. It's a new cafe in an area surrounded by a forest, making you feel like you're in the middle of nature. The atmosphere is great for relaxing and sipping coffee.
The atmosphere is nice. There are very cute dwarf goats in the back. You can feed the goats; chopped carrots are 20 baht per cup.
This is just my personal opinion, don't take my word for it, go see for yourself. I gave it 2 stars not because it was terrible, but because the taste was standard and the location was beautiful. The service, however, needs improvement. I'm not specifically targeting the staff, don't misunderstand; I see the staff as just the front line, but the entire service system needs upgrading. I've been here twice and haven't felt particularly comfortable. The atmosphere in the restaurant doesn't contribute to a good feeling. I don't know why, but I've noticed that at other branches I've been to, on the second visit, the staff remembers me and at least greets me in a friendly way, asking what I'd like today, or if I want the same thing. They remember, and that's a personal impression, so don't take my word for it too seriously. In contrast, here, the queue system is broken. The staff were arguing about what was right and wrong, and ultimately, I was skipped in the queue by two people. If I hadn't spoken up and just sat there, I probably wouldn't have gotten my food. Even though I was sitting there waiting, they didn't even bother to ask or remember who came first. They should have asked when they saw a customer sitting there without a drink. At least showing some interest would have been nice. I'm not blaming the staff, though, because they eventually made my order and apologized for the delay. So I'm blaming the system instead; the supervisor or manager should address this. Improve the service first, because sales are already good and we don't need to worry about those. We'll definitely get them. But the positive impression that's passed on between customers needs improvement. Thank you for the delicious coffee.
