Brainwake Cafe is one of those perfect places you stumble upon in your travels. It is situated off the main street but it is well worth finding. The young people who service the cafe are genuinely nice and very attentive. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. I also recommend the cafe's gelato if you want something to satisfy those midday pangs for something sweet. It is a blissfully quiet, clean and civilised place in an area that has a lot of noise and whoopee.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brainwave Cafe is a hidden gem tucked inside Shama Hotel on Sukhumvit 4. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a surprisingly wide variety of food for such a quiet spot. They serve local Thai dishes, American and European breakfasts, plus an all-day breakfast menu—perfect if you’re not an early riser. Everything I tried was fresh and well-prepared. Great place to relax or catch up on work. Highly recommend if you’re staying nearby or just want a peaceful cafe experience off the main road.

It's a great cafe just off the main road, underneath a large apartment complex. The service was excellent with smiling girls from the entry. The atmosphere was relaxing, with low-key music playing but not to the point you couldn't enjoy a conversation. The menu was very well presented. The food was served promptly and well cooked. The quality of the product on the plate was fresh and of good quality. The Coffee was mild and fresh. We enjoyed our time at the Brainwake Cafe.

The food was pretty good, we ordered take out a few times, just remember to ask for less or no spice 😅 or spice on the side if you don't know what you're getting into. This restaurant was in the same building as the place we stayed so it was very convenient.

Brainwake on Soi 4 is a fantastic small cafe, hidden slightly from the road, so it is a quiet place to recharge and relax The coffee is top quality, the staff know how to brew. The food is great, although i tend to eat the variety of cakes moreso When I stay in BKK i always visit Brainwake
