Bon Cafe

Trying to deal with head office to query a delayed order, they do not return phone calls or answer e.mails. Very poor. Their shop however on Koh Samui is brilliant.

Great products, excellent coffee and amazing customer care and service. Boncafe capsules give you better coffee, much better value and each capsule delivers far more coffee and a thick crema, better than anything I have ever experienced with Nespresso. You can pour a full long black with a single capsule.

Very good idea when you can have 3 in 1 concept. 1st, to sell the coffee machine and ingrident. 2nd, to have a Cafe for customers and lastly, those barista are trainees where they learn how to make coffee using Nes cafe machine. I must say their coffee taste good and very reasonable price too. Will be back!

Showroom and sales office, but the coffee must be bought in the cafe. The fruit smoothies come from bottles with something concentrated. There is no fresh fruit.

Very cheap coffee with good quality. There is display of various coffee machines and equipment.
