I’ve always been a loyal customer of bearhouse ever since they have opened their first shop in siam but they gave me the wrong order today and not only did they not take any accountability, they did not even apologise for it. They also have high reviews cuz they give out free cornflakes if u review for them at this branch. Extremely dissapointed, going to opt for other brands and will no longer be supporting bearhouse from now on.

I had a great experience at Bearhouse! The staff were very dedicated, attentive, and super friendly. They really put effort into their work and made me feel welcome — such a nice touch that makes me want to come back again. Highly recommend!

Boba tea is soooo good. It's my favorite place in Thailand. My favorite drink is mango passion fruit tea with mochi pearls. Soo good and tasty! Can't wait to go back.

Good vibe with cute signature bear. I recommended milk tea with honey conyuk, and yuzu tea. People who love tea should try!
