The staff member named m’aimai provided excellent service, spoke politely, and was very efficient. Even though I hadn't been to Bangkok for several months, she still remembered my face and the menu items I ordered. I highly recommend this branch to anyone visiting!

The taste of coffee, matcha, milk tea, and others is different from other branches, i.e., bland and not rich, with weak ingredients.

There were only two employees in the whole shop, and they had very stern expressions. They didn't inform customers about the large number of orders, and the wait was extremely long, about 40 minutes. The coffee was very bland. They seemed rushed and inattentive, and offered no apology whatsoever.

I called to order through LINE MAN and the packaging was terrible. I ordered two cups of premium hot Black Coffee. They were packaged in separate cups, without separate coffees, and even had sticky clear tape around the cups. When I received them, more than half of the cups had spilled out. It was also very difficult to peel off the tape. This was different from other branches I've visited.

The atmosphere is homey, good for working, and the air conditioning is very cool. However, the taste isn't the same as what I've had at other branches. Keep improving, because it's right in front of my village and I'd love to eat here more often! 😁
