There was no customer service mindset. When I mentioned the order was wrong, they only argued that they didn't hear what I ordered and acted as if the customer was at fault.

Too 3 serves a variety of coffee and food. The cafe is popular among Rajchapat University students. No parking is available. Seating is limited though some are available outdoor. It could be crowded.

Today I went to the shop and waited for a long time. There was not a single employee at the front of the shop. I called out to them, but no one came out to greet me. More importantly, I sat and waited, hoping that the employee might go to the restroom, but I didn't see any sign of him. It was terrible and disappointing. There were many customers sitting in the shop, but there was no employee guarding the shop. Is this really possible?

The staff were playing on their phones loudly, disturbing customers. The music was already loud enough. While the customers were students, the service should have been better. It was terrible. I came twice, and both times were bad. They were eating and laughing loudly. Please improve this.

It is because of its location is next to the university....which cause the cafe to be fancy with affordable price. Lovely and friendly vibe. I spent time here for hours...with cake and iced cappuccino....for THB105.-
