First of all, I want to thank this Amazon Cafe for helping me get home safely. The drinks are good, not too sweet. Today I ordered an S-sized blended drink with normal sweetness. The price is standard for Amazon Cafe, but this shop is very attentive and makes the drinks very clean. Most importantly, I would give the service 6 stars. I usually only give 5. The three staff members were very attentive and provided excellent service. I asked them how long the shop has been open, and they said 5 years, but everything looks clean, new, and beautiful. I didn't think I would have to review Amazon Cafe, but for this shop, I give it full marks. You can't believe it just by hearing about it; I recommend trying it yourself. I guarantee you'll leave with a positive experience.

This is one of the largest and most spacious Café Amazon branches I have ever visited. There are not many people here so it is always easy to find a free table to enjoy a drink or even work because there are power outlets available. One unusual thing I noticed is that sometimes when ordering a hot drink the large size is almost the same amount as the small one just served in a bigger cup. I have seen this in other Café Amazon branches as well and it happens here sometimes too. Still the drinks are tasty the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are very friendly and always smiling.

Cozy, delicious. There was a bit of a strange smell, but I noticed that this is a problem with all cafes that are located in residential buildings. But I still liked everything here.

They make the drinks extremely sweet. Don’t forget to tell your level of sweetness otherwise it will just taste like plain sugar. Staff was not friendly, even rude. When I asked if they could top up some ice in my drink to make it less sweet, they plain refused. 5 staff behind the counter and not one willing to help. Avoid this place.

I'm pleased to see AMAZON scale up its operations from gas stations to main street. Positioning close to BTS Stations is a very smart move. I'm more pleased that the choice & quality of F&B is improving also, as is staff service, presentation & manner. I don't drink coffee, hot chocolate is my preference. I prefer Amazon hot chocolate to that of Starbucks and at Baht 50 its good value. One cup is often enough though occasionally I have a second cup. 2 cups costing B100 is still cheaper than one cup at Starbucks! Please keep it this way. Starbucks discourages Internet usage. They are telling their customers "Eat our Food, Drink our Drinks and get out!" Thank you for maintaining your FREE WiFi policy. You are telling your guests they are welcome and can stay. BRAVO!
