Overall, the service has been good. However, I faced repeated issues with two lady staff members during the night shift (around 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.). Orders were prepared incorrectly, and when the issue was politely pointed out, the response was argumentative rather than helpful. Even after requesting corrections, the orders were still wrong. On a positive note, the male staff members during the night shift are courteous, attentive, and provide good service. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience

Their food was awesome. U will never forget the tests. Their coffee is very good refreshing

This Starbucks is located at a very good area. Sukhumvit is a very nice location for tourists to stay during their vacations. The ambience was good and the food was also delicious. The hospitality of the staff was very good. They were very attentive towards the guests and helped me choose my drink. ❤️

This brunch is very cosy and have bigger sitting area. You can sit outside of the cafe also. The environment was goods and the Espresso was best as always. It was little less busy in Sunday evening. This Starbucks’s cafe is very near from Nana Plaza.

Love this Starbucks outlet, located inside (connected) with Aira Boutique hotel and Grand President Hotel in Sukhumvitt area, Cozy space with lots of merchandise selected and I always ordered Brown Sugar Latte everytime here.
