One of the best beef noodle in Bangkok. The Beef tongue and intestine is a must. It was tender and got a nice taste. The soup is umami not too thick or heavy. Parking space is limited but worth the extra trip.
I order 4 type of meat for 1 bowl for 150 THB 1. The stewed tongue is soft and delicious. Absolute tenderness. 2. The stewed tendons is also soft and melt in your mouth, however it is sour. I suspect it did not been kept in an appropriate condition. 3. The stewed meat is not live up to its name. It is tender to some extent but the fiber is still attached and very chewy. I’m disappointed. 4. The blanch meat is cooked well done. There is really nothing special about this. Just cut up some meat and boil it. 5. The broth is quite salty I cannot finish the whole bowl of it. But this is personal preference. I prefer a clear and light broth. ________________________ Overall this place is overrated. The only thing worth and truly delicious is the stewed tongue.
Big Su Noodles is a great place if you’re craving quick, flavorful Asian-style noodles at a budget-friendly price. The noodles are well-cooked, not soggy, and absorb the sauces nicely, giving every bite a rich and satisfying taste. The spice level is well-balanced, and you can really enjoy the mix of sauces and seasonings without anything being overpowering. The portion size is quite filling, making it good value for money, and the variety of noodle options keeps things interesting. Whether you like mild flavors or a bit of heat, there’s something for everyone. The service is generally quick, which makes it a good spot for a fast meal or takeaway. Overall, Big Su Noodles is a solid choice for noodle lovers who want something tasty, affordable, and comforting. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the mood for a simple yet satisfying meal.
Big Su Beef Noodles — comforting and full of flavor. The broth here is wonderfully rich and aromatic — you can tell it’s been slow-cooked with care. The flavor is deep but perfectly balanced, not too salty, just enough to warm you from the inside. The braised beef is so tender it almost melts on the tongue, while the beef tongue slices are soft, fragrant, and surprisingly smooth. What I really like is how everything comes together — the soup temperature, the texture of the noodles, and even how well it pairs with hot steamed rice. It’s simple food done really well. Every bowl feels honest and satisfying, the kind that makes you pause for a moment and just enjoy. Definitely one of the best beef noodles I’ve had. I’ll be back for sure.
If you are a beef noodle lover, Big Su is absolutely a must-try. From the very first sip, the broth makes a strong impression. Dark, rich, and aromatic, it carries layers of flavor from slow-cooked beef bones and spices, delivering a balance of savory depth with a gentle sweetness. It is the kind of soup you can enjoy on its own without any seasoning, yet it leaves room for those who like to enhance it with chili, vinegar, or fish sauce. The star of the bowl is without doubt the braised beef. Each piece is tender, juicy, and melts effortlessly in your mouth, showing that it has been simmered with care. The tendon is equally impressive—soft, gelatinous, and slightly chewy, offering a satisfying contrast in texture. Together, they create a harmony that every bite celebrates. The beef balls add another dimension, springy and flavorful, rounding off the variety. A side of egg noodles tossed with crispy garlic completes the experience. Lightly coated, fragrant, and chewy, the noodles pair perfectly with the broth and beef, making the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, Big Su Beef Noodles is outstanding. For the rich broth, the perfectly braised beef, and the irresistible tendon, I can only give it one score: 10 out of 10.
