No WiFi for guests, as the registration page keep saying invalid ID number or passport number. Counter staff also couldn't resolve, connected to the Telco public and limited wifi instead. The entrance fee is now 30 baht.

Very cold in this library, but there are a lot of seats and many plugs. The fee for guests is 20 Bath. There is free water inside. Very nice atmosphere for effective studying but remember to take a jacket with you. I give 4 stars, because it was just too cold for me.
