Weekday mornings are the quietest
We visited The Little Prince primarily for its drinks, but we were pleasantly surprised by the additional offerings. The setting of the art gallery, the food, beverages and sweets were exceptional. The exhibition surrounding the cafe was also beautiful and impressive. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and artist, Arnaud, who chatted with us and gave us great recommendations for places to visit during our stay in Bangkok. Thank you Arnaud, you made our day 🙏🏼
Cozy spot tucked away in Bangkok! The Little Prince Café has a calm, welcoming vibe that’s perfect for a quiet break or catching up with friends. The crème brûlée latte is a standout - smooth, creamy, though a little on the sweet side for my taste, but it’s still very nice. There’s also a small art gallery inside, which adds a nice creative touch to the atmosphere. Friendly staff and lovely decor make it a great place to spend some time.
We came here to see the Little Prince sculpture and enjoy some matcha. We met the owner, who creates all the sculptures himself. He’s originally from France and moved to Bangkok 20 years ago. It was so nice talking to him and listening to his stories — he knows so much about the city. And the matcha was perfect 🤩
The Little Prince Cafe, brimming with fairytale details, is a true gem! Opening the door to The Little Prince Cafe, you're instantly transported to a world inspired by Saint-Exupéry's novels. Every detail subtly echoes the story of The Little Prince, captivating fans of the book. The interior is delicately decorated: a miniature B612 planet model hangs from the ceiling, illustrations of the fox and the rose adorn the walls, and even the edges of the cutlery are emblazoned with the classic line, "Only by looking deeply can one see the essence of things." There's no bustling atmosphere, only the perfect quiet, perfect for slowing down and savoring some undisturbed time, just like the Little Prince. Most surprising is the thoughtful touches that go into the drinks. The coconut latte I ordered was rich yet refreshing with a smooth, silky texture. The foam was emblazoned with the Little Prince's portrait, his gentle features making it hard to resist. Another lychee iced Americano was even more stunning, with a few rose-shaped ice cubes floating in the clear coffee. The sweetness of the lychee balanced the slight bitterness of the Americano, leaving each sip bursting with fruity aroma. Even the melting ice cubes felt like a continuation of the fairytale. The prices are very affordable compared to similar theme shops, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, proactively chatting with you about favorite passages from the book, instantly connecting you. Whether you're a die-hard fan of "The Little Prince" or just looking for a cozy place to enjoy a cup of coffee with a sense of ritual, this shop is worth a try—it's more than just a coffee shop, it's a small corner where you can temporarily escape the mundane and rediscover a sense of fairy tale. Highly recommended!
An incredible place! What a wonderful surprise to find such a beautiful gallery & cafe. The artist clearly put his heart & soul into this cafe, making it another work of art. He was kind enough to explain his work and things about the cafe. Fans of The Little Prince (and anyone who appreciates sculpture) will be truly amazed!
