The service was terrible, and the staff were incredibly rude, especially the female employee who was a tomboy. It wasn't just with me; I overheard her taking orders from other people, and everyone's service was awful.

I have visited this branch of Café Amazon many times and have always been impressed by the drinks, which taste as good as they do almost every time. But if I was talking about the service of the staff at this branch, I'd like to praise one female staff member who is the only one providing service at this branch. As for the others, I weren't so impressed. I would like to suggest that you improve your service a little bit more. This will improve the atmosphere in the shop as well. As for the parking area, I understand that it is a limited area, which may make it inconvenient for some customers to use the service. However, this problem is difficult to solve. Some customers may have to rush to buy and go.

The place is cramped and parking is difficult; it's more suitable for motorcycles. The shop itself has a nice garden and seems well-designed. The location is understandable. What I didn't like was the staff. I understand they wanted to go home, but they shouldn't have spoken to customers in that way. They even joked with their colleagues, "The fat one's closing the shop..." I was just stopping by to buy something and leaving, not planning to sit there. I knew the shop was closing. Imagine how you would feel as a customer. The coffee brewing was also substandard; they used a spoon to scoop the coffee into the portafilter themselves. I'll probably only go once.

This is a standalone shop with parking both in front and inside. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the design seems to be getting better with each visit. The coffee is of the shop's standard. Additionally, there are restrooms conveniently located outside for customers. There is ample seating inside, but this branch does not have a separate meeting room.
