I ordered a matcha latte three times. The first time was from the Ladprao 130 branch, and it was delicious. The second time, I ordered from the branch near Ladprao Soi 101, and the matcha powder wasn't finely whisked; it was still in chunks in the glass, as shown in the attached picture. The third time, I sent my housekeeper to buy it, specifying that the powder should be finely whisked. The result was completely bland and tasteless. Terrible! I'm never ordering from this branch again. Awful.

I wasn't asked to have the coffee made in advance; you're overstepping your boundaries.
