Delicious, good service, easy to find

Today I ordered a cappuccino for delivery. It was a buy one get one free promotion, but both cups were undrinkable. They had no taste, like coffee mixed with just milk. I had everyone in the office try them, and they all said the same thing: "Why is the quality so poor? There's no standard of preparation." I'm very disappointed. This is the worst Amazon coffee I've ever had.

At Plearnary Mall, I like the well-organized space; it's not too crowded. Importantly, the staff provides excellent customer service. I drink iced black tea almost every day there.
