Had a really amazing Chinese fine dining experience here. They started with a smooth white tea, light and floral, served beautifully. The Xiao Long Bao were well done with thin skin and flavorful broth inside. The lobster dumpling was a highlight, sweet and tender. The shrimp rice noodle roll was silky with fresh, tasty shrimp and just the right amount of sauce. The crispy pork with mustard had perfectly crunchy skin and rich, juicy layers, balanced nicely by the special mustard. The hot and sour soup was also delicious. They finished with complimentary petit fours, which was a nice sweet touch. Service was very good, attentive and friendly. Each dishes arrived at a good pace, and staff explained each item clearly.
I chose this restaurant to celebrate Chinese New Year; however, I was ultimately disappointed with the overall dining experience. While the service and atmosphere were pleasant, the quality of the food did not justify the price. Considering that I spent nearly 10,000 THB on this meal, I had expected a much higher standard in terms of both taste and value.
We visited this amazing restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The service was top-level attentive, professional, and warm. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried abalone, fish maw, jellyfish salad, rice, and many other dishes, everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The interior is luxurious and elegant, creating a truly special atmosphere. The selection of food and drinks is extensive, and if it’s your first time here, the staff are more than happy to recommend excellent dishes tailored to your taste. I would love to come back again!
Located inside the Four Seasons Hotel. First time tasting a legitimate hot and sour soup. A lot of dishes we ordered were Cantonese classics but slightly elevated in presentation and preparation. Delicious overall with great service - definitely could see why they have a Michelin star. For a party of 4, we spent roughly $300 USD, so relatively good value
Four Season Chinese Restaurant truly serves the best baby pork I have ever eaten in my life! The flavor is absolutely incredible, perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside. Every time I come here, the service is exceptional friendly, attentive, and consistent. This place never disappoints. Highly recommended!
