Absolutely not recommended. Asked for milk with English breakfast tea. She said NO. Offered to pay extra for it. She said No. NEVER AGAIN . This review is for the one near tops in the basement. The same for the one on the 5th floor which I also visited. However the staff was much better.

My friend ordered a long black. I had the cream tea with milk. It was pretty much a matcha tea. So yummy it was not hot enough though

Coffee taste good, but order a large one and you get a half cup??? Probaly because i am foreign!! So disapointing. Instead off admitting, they offered to fill the cup with water?? Really!!

I ordered iced americano and it came sweet. I asked if they could change since I didnt ask for any sugar in it, but they made me stand for a while and ignored and then finally said ‘no change’ and I should have asked if I didn’t want sugar in it. Coffee tasted fine but their service is weird…
