Warung Siam

Loved the food here! The flavors were bold and authentic. It was slightly sour, but that’s what makes Thai food special. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied and happy with the meal.

This place makes food miracles happen in a tiny space. I don’t know how this place cooks incredible Thai food given its small size and kitchen, but the food comes out remarkably fast and is gourmet Thai food. They undoubtedly have some highly talented chefs working in the back. After having back to back phenomenal meals at some of the local Indonesian restaurants, we decided try Warung Siam. As you can see from the photos, the food was perfect!

Small Thai restaurant in a small alley in Ubud. If you bring car, you need to park it in nearest parking lot and walk around 5 mins. The food is tasty. I like the tomyam and chicken curry the most. Their pork menu are great too. But my favorite is the mango sticky rice. They add coconut ice cream and cook the sticky rice with pandan juice so the color is nice and smells good too. One of the best sticky rice so far!

The food is the best Thai food you can find in Bali! We’ve also tried Thai food in Thailand, and we can 100% guarantee that the taste and flavor here are just as authentic. The rice was especially amazing! However, the atmosphere was not great. It was quite hot inside, and we heard some noises that sounded like mice (or maybe bats). Right after the noise, some water dropped down — which was quite unpleasant((((((( The food is truly excellent, but the environment definitely needs improvement.

The best pad thai I have ever tasted! It’s rich in flavour and hint of sour that usually missed in thai food (in Indonesia). Tasted the som tam and tom yum as well, tastes great and fresh!
