This restaurant has an absolutely beautiful setting. Dining here while overlooking the rice fields was such a special experience — you can literally smell the fresh, green fragrance of the rice in the air, which makes the meal even more memorable. We ordered several dishes, and every single one was delicious. The Balinese fried rice, the crispy duck, and the Indonesian grilled seafood platter were all outstanding. Each dish captured a different side of Bali — flavors from the sea, from the mountains, and from the island’s unique culinary traditions. The sauces deserve a special mention. The variety of chili sauces was incredible, and they were all full of character. Our favorite was the chili sauce with lemongrass and onion — fragrant, spicy, and perfectly balanced. It added so much depth to the meal. On top of the food and the view, the service was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our visit. A wonderful place to experience Balinese flavors, nature, and hospitality all at once. Highly recommended.
Ordered the pizza, which was undercooked, and the duck which we had a hard time finding actual meat. For the price it was in no way worth it. I wouldn’t go out of your way to come here, unfortunately we relied on our tour guide to find us a restaurant for lunch. At least the beer was cold.
Tourist trap. We were meant to be going to another restaurant for babi guling but our driver sent us here without telling us. When we probed, the driver claimed the babi guling store owner passed away and it no longer tastes good. The issue is with the driver here but also, I believe he gets kickbacks from the restaurant. The price of the food is way overpriced and the portion is small. I ordered the bebek betutu and it cost 165,000. However there was barely any meat on the duck. Spaghetti bolognese is 120,000 while the banana smoothie was 50,000 and a coke was 30,000. On top of that, when the bill was presented, there was an additional 17% tax that was not made known beforehand. There's a small paddy field and swing as part of the restaurant but nothing impressive.
We enjoyed the food at this restaurant which was provided as part of a package with a day tour. We were able to order items on the menu for a small additional cost.
Food was so overcooked I couldn't eat anything but the rice. The setting is beautiful though looking out on a big open field. Clearly a stop for tourists though as there were a few buses parked there.
