The rooms and aesthetic of this place are great (if too strong on whatever scent is used in the rooms) but the noise from the street and surrounding area can’t be ignored - you can’t sleep without being disturbed by it

Stayed at The Slow in Canggu and honestly loved the vibe. Location is super convenient, everything is nearby. The room was spacious, aesthetic, and even had a speaker with a good playlist! Bathroom was huge and really pretty, felt kinda luxurious Only downside is it’s close to the street, so it can get noisy at night. But they give you earplugs, so it’s manageable

Probably one of my favorite stays in canggu this time! No mistake! The location is great - close to cafes and the beach. The downstairs bakery baked is amazing!! The rooms are roomy and comfortable - no TV, no pool, but I also don’t need those so just fine. Staff was wonderful, tho didn’t interact much with them, but they helped with moving my luggage. I also like the small gesture like having Bali Belly meds / insect repelllent in room just in case! No elevator is a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. A bit noise from hallway, but overall very quiet and chill! Strongly recommend!

Recently stayed at The Slow Canggu and I honestly can’t recommend this aesthetic villa enough! We booked the villa with a private pool and absolutely never regretted it. The design is stunning, every corner feels thoughtfully curated and visually beautiful. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team who kept our villa extremely neat and tidy every single day. If there’s one thing I hope they consider improving in the future, it would be to install a card-access system for the main white door. This would make the 4-guest pool villa feel more secure, as the hallway currently feels accessible to anyone, which made us a little uneasy. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Convenient location - short walk to the famous Gigi Susu (although we didn’t get to try ‘cos it’s forever crowded). short grab rides to any other parts of Canggu. Awesome staff - we experienced really great service from the team who is so friendly! Huge and clean room - we got the pool villa that’s huge with lots of light! Bathroom’s a comfortable size too. Overall The Slow is part of the reason why we had a great time in Canggu! If there’s a downside, it’s just the sound proofing - we could hear our neighbours stomping around like elephants upstairs.
