There were many issues with the hotel rooms, as well as the behaviour of the staff. We booked total of 3 apartments with 5 bedrooms, and none of the room was having decent working air conditioners. The staff at reception was not at all helpful and kept us waiting for more than 4 hours and were enjoying during this time. They showed atleast 12 rooms and not one room was fine. Few were freshly painted and were smelling of it, few had smelly water issues and most of them were not having air conditioners working. Overall, rooms not maintained. People at the front office were not at all helpful and just kept us waiting for long while enjoying. The administration can check the footage for the same for verification (6th of march). At the end, we were told to take the rooms or go away, and we decided to go away. No refund was provided by hotel. Would definitely not recommend any Harris hotel to anyone.

We have known Harris Hotel since 2005, and every time we visit Bali, Harris has always been our preferred choice. Returning this year truly felt like coming back to a second home—a place filled with familiarity, warmth, and comfort that has been beautifully preserved over the years. During this stay, we did need to raise a few concerns regarding the hotel’s condition. Unfortunately, these matters caused a delay to our scheduled meeting with colleagues. What truly stood out, however, was the way Harris addressed our feedback—with sincerity, professionalism, and genuine respect. The quality of service at Harris has remained consistently excellent since the very beginning, and this dedication is truly admirable even today. I am still able to feel the same high standard of service. The team continues to deliver secure and reliable service with a warm and humble attitude—always welcoming, always smiling, and always striving to provide the very best experience for their guests. In particular, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Bambang, who personally took the time to listen with genuine care and did everything within his capacity to assist us. His kindness and dedication truly touched our hearts. We would also like to commend the entire staff, who once again made us feel truly at home at Harris. Harris is not only a place to stay—it is a place you can truly rely on. We will most definitely return. Lastly, if you have any concerns during your stay, we encourage you to speak with Mr. Bambang and his team. It was okay… tp spacious room nya juara!! Minus two stars coz after 4 days stayed there, Couples of dishes in front of room next door had not been tidied up since the first day i came in!! 🤯🤯🤯 But overall still ok laaaa

This place would have been hip and beautiful back in the day. The room (two bedroom residence) is very worn - things falling off the walls, very well-used couches, cushions, crack in the toilet etc. No ceiling lights in the bedrooms. Noisey AC. They don't seem to coordinate with the online offerings. Couldn't find our booking, then told us we didn't have breakfast included, didn't honour the 25% off discount offered online, no birthday reward (it was a week out). Do they claim to be a 4 star hotel? The best part was the breakfast staff - very keen to deliver the goods, and did a great job.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Harris Riverview Kuta. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family trip. The facilities were well-maintained, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool and the family-friendly amenities. We truly felt welcomed, and our stay was relaxing from start to finish. Thank you for providing such a memorable experience for our family. We would definitely love to come back
