Atmosphere was good. We had an American buffet and enjoyed very much. Burger was good and steak was good as well. For desserts, we enjoyed ice cream. Overall, everything was fine.

Having a buffet dinner here on Sunday serving sizzling Santorini. Got steam 1 type fish, 1 type chicken, spaghetti with 3 option sauces, few desserts. Outside bars got 1 kinds of grilled prawn, fish and octopus. Overall tonight dinner is disappointed me and my families. The chicken is rough and hard to chew. The fruit is not fresh. Their service is good and well manners to the guests. Their restaurant spaces is not convenient for children. There is one step staircase from the dining area to pick up the food is dangerously for children while picking their food. Tonight’s foods is favorable to all the European people. Haha is only not my favorite.

The worst dining experience I have ever had. We booked a table for six, hoping to enjoy a memorable dinner on our last night in Bali. Unfortunately, the restaurant had booked almost the entire dining area for a corporate group. They were extremely loud, with speakers blasting music throughout our entire dinner. To make matters worse, they even played the Macarena in the main buffet area. Our family had to queue for a long time just to get food, as the corporate group all decided to eat at the same time. It would have been far wiser for management to reserve the entire venue for the corporate event rather than mixing hotel guests with such a large, disruptive group. Paying $40 per person for such a below-par experience was deeply disappointing. This was not the memorable final night in Bali we had hoped for.

The food tastes so bland. We got fried noodle, pasta, and fried rice. All of them taste bad. Won’t come here again. But the service was top notch.

We were disappointed with the food quality here. The buffet had limited choices. We initially came here for à la carte, but the staff informed us of a 30-40 minute wait for a la carte as they were busy, while the buffet was available immediately. With two hungry kids at 8 PM, we had no choice but to go for the buffet. However, the place was completely empty, which made us question why they said it was busy and not willing to offer us a la carte. It felt like leftover dishes from the morning buffet, and the quality was poor. Staff was not honest either. Try to avoid coming here for buffet. Expensive and totally not worth it.
