Starbucks

A decent spot for WFC, but service needs a smile. I visited this branch specifically to get some work done, and it’s a nice enough environment for a "Work From Cafe" session. However, the experience was dampened by the staff—they weren’t necessarily rude, but a little kindness goes a long way. It’s quite crowded and the vibe just didn't hit the mark for me. Not my favorite Starbucks store, so I likely won’t be back

Compared to other Starbucks stores I’ve visited in Bali, this is the only one where I experienced unfriendly service. I ordered an iced coffee and asked the tall male barista for a straw. Normally, straws are available on the counter, but this time they were kept behind it. The response I received was that I could drink it directly without a straw. As a customer, I had a reason for requesting a straw, as I did not want to ruin my lipstick and I had an appointment afterward. It shouldn’t be difficult to simply provide a straw without suggesting that I drink without one. I’m not asking to be treated like royalty, but I do expect basic courtesy, helpfulness, and friendly service that aligns with Starbucks’ hospitality standards.

Nicely located on a corner, with a lively street view. Standard Starbucks food and drinks — consistent as expected. Wi-Fi is fast enough for work.

Loved it, cozy place to do co working with friends. Just today late afternoon I visit here again to get a new beverage menu of starbucks "oat milk drink & oat chocolate milk drink" price quite expensive with their promotion of going veggie. Taste is about similar with their hazelnut or chocolate drink they have before.

One of recommended Starbucks to visit in Denpasar area! The place was quite spacious with calm ambience. There are indoor and outdoor seating area you can choose. The staff are very humble and serve us in polite way. What a great place to hangout with your friends😍👌
