Food was good but staf very rude i ask tabel at 2floor but they said there is reservations but when i come to 2floor nobody there only 1 tabel have customers and i ask why i can’t seat there and staf always say have reservations but on tabel nothing sign for reservation i have been there before for with my friend 1 years ago and i come back today and staf treat me like that 😭 i’m very sad and maybe you can learn to your staf and please don’t be rude with customer

Bestt restaurant i ever see🤍, they’re very responsibility with the guest. Handle the complaint so softly and quickly. Amazing service, i was enjoying in heree. i’ll be back again

Seriously obsessed with Shirley Cafe Bali! This spot is just perfect for taking a little break and getting a serious coffee fix. The vibe here is everything—it’s so cozy and comfortable. It's the kind of space where you just feel instantly relaxed, whether you're catching up with a friend or just chilling alone. My Americano was excellent. Made perfectly, great flavor, and seriously hits the spot every time. And wow, the sweet treats! You HAVE to check out their cake and dessert display. They always have the most tempting selections. Total winner! Go for the fantastic coffee, stay for the cozy atmosphere and the yummy desserts. Highly recommend

I visited the cafe a few days ago, and it’s so different from the first time I came here. They no longer sell the pastries; the place is abandoned. I asked the staff, and they said they didn't make the pastries like they used to instead they buy them from an outside supplier, They also don’t have the most menu anymore, the staff is very noisy and not that friendly or welcoming the customers. Kinda disappointed for my second visit here

Loved this place. Beautiful aesthetics, nice breeze (especially upstairs), adjacent to a rice field, air con in clean bathroom, coffee tasted good, chill vibes, friendly and fast service, free wifi. Total recommendation for anyone in the area.
