Do not waste your money. Rp1,500,000 paid in cash for 5 minutes. Machine broke down - their fault. Would not give a refund due to supposedly their term and conditions stating tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Like seriously … you cannot honour the ticket as your machine is broken and you won’t give a refund of the cash you have sitting in front of you. Absolute disgrace. Another lady paid on card before they informed her the machine was broken and would not refund - she had to catch a plane. Do not waste your money

We talked with them in instagram and planned to come here. In the morning they said yes we’re opened, we came from Uluwatu around 1h and here they told that they are closed

I had an amazing experience here, although the price for the dive is very expensive but it’s an experience I enjoyed, like most people mentioned, it would be great if they increase the minutes on the dive, two minutes just isn’t enough to fully enjoy it.

Great experience, clear explanation, nice and good instructor... Really recommended for you guys, who wants to feel the real fly, even its in theme park but we can just buy the ticket for iFly only
