The place is well decorated etc and looks very inviting. The food and coffee were tasty but, I ordered "Avo on Toast" and the bread hadn't even been toasted, it was just avocado on bread. Again the coffee was tasty but considering you're paying UK prices for a coffee, £2.50, they didn't even bother with some art, the milk was just poured straight in, I've been to other places that charged half the price and drew a whole Seahorse 🙈. The place wasn't even busy either so it wasn't like they were rushing. You just expect more effort on the small things when you're paying double the price compared to other places.
Was excited by the french 🥖 description but he food was okay , it's not bad but not exceptional. Staff service is good, location is peaceful .
Love going in for their daily selections of fresh breads! So light & fluffy. Supply is first come first serve so make sure to try it out while you can!!! Brought this to a couple of friendly gatherings and others always asked where it’s from. So fresh, they slice it there too :)
A neat little place, tucked out of the way. Quite pricey for the area (40k+ for a latte, pastries 40-60k), but the pastries do taste particularly good. However, the area nearby pumping out carcenegic smoke of burning plastics etc., and after a short while it comes in. We left earlier than anticipated with a raging headache and feeling a bit dizzy. Not the fault of the cafe, but drastically impacts your experience. I wish this backward practice in Bali would end.
We found this cafe enroute Ubud. Best almond croissant and coffee. Quick grab.
