Mai Je Warung

Ordered cream of chicken soup , crispy chicken with sauted veg and wedges , chicken schnitzel with fries , mixed juice and a bintang or two. The cream of chicken had real pieces of chicken and was the best in bali. The schnitzel had a tempura coating and again the best. The crispy chicken was very crispy and the veg was amazingly crisp.

Tried this MIG beef burger and they were kind enough to make me a soya egg burger because I am a vegetarian even if they did not have on menu. The food is so so good and economical. The hosts are very sweet. Love the food and hospitality. Must try. Recommended. ♥️

The best nasi goreng in Ubud! I ate here three times on my last trip and it was the first place I returned to this time. It was just as delicious as ever - the satay skewers are so amazing, the crispy chicken is succulent and the fried rice has so much more flavour than others. Come here for simple, fairly priced and delicious food. I’ll be back!

Don't come here if you're a large party! Food is fine, but a little disappointing when it comes to the quality in regards to the price. Came here with a party of 12, and we waited for an hour or so to get everyone's food. There was just one person cooking, and that meant food came out in batches. Nasi goreng came out after 30 minutes, and then next came the mie goreng, and so on... We spent about 2/3 of the time there just waiting for our food 😓 Some members of the party were already done eating while some were still waiting for their food to come. Place had so many flies buzzing around as well. We were the only ones in the place so it was so surprising that service was so slow (came for lunch after visiting the Agung Rai Museum).

Very good food. Schnitzel and chicken leg were delicious but the most delicious were vegetables prepared in way that top restaurants would not be ashamed. Boys were busy but still very nice and helpful. Only slight downside is that place is next to a busy road so sometimes can be noisy but otherwise 5/5.
