I share this feedback because i love Jco, the product is still nice but the staff is little bit un friendly, and they should be explaining the details about the promotion

Cozy donut and coffee spot in Kerobokan. Donuts are fresh and soft, coffee is decent, and service is quick. A nice place for a sweet break or casual hangout, though parking can be a bit limited.

Excellent donuts plus one additional glaze donut for free, perfect service and we find the new packaging fabulous. We will be back soon 😋

Just not a good J. Co unfortunately. Ones in Jakarta were way better. Donuts were dry, and my Oreo milkshake tasted very bland, and not very sweet at all.

We ordered two donuts from here, Avocado and Milo. Avocado tastes nothing like the ones in the Phillippines, no avocado taste at all just cream. Staff are rude, they just stare at you and don't let you know they are ready to take your order. Need a 101 in customer service.
