Best brunch in Bali! We had the blueberry smoothie bowl and the eggs Benedict and both were perfect!

We’ve been loyal, repeated guests at this restaurant for a long time, which is why this was very disappointing. One time, we ordered a porridge and were told one of the fruits was not available. We politely asked Tia if it could be replaced with another fruit or something else, but she immediately said “no” without even checking with the kitchen. There was no effort to help, no solution offered, and the attitude felt arrogant and unfriendly. Since she didn’t offer any solution, we just stayed quiet. Later, we asked another staff member (the manager), and she said it was actually possible to change it to another fruit. Then yesterday, we came again and saw an empty table. At first, Tia said we could sit there, but moments later she told us we couldn’t because it was reserved. We understand reservations, but the way she spoke to us felt very unfriendly and intimidating, and made us feel unwelcome. As long time customers, Tia attitude was very disappointing. We hope management can improve the staff (Tia ) professionalism and friendliness, because it really affects the overall experience.

I love this place and have breakfast here every day. Great coffee and breakfasts that you can easily customize to your taste. An amazing team who always greet you with a smile. I would especially like to thank Miss Maha for the delicious food and Miss Adiani for the incredible hospitality. Your work makes me come back here again and again. The restaurant management should truly value you and reward you with bonuses.

I have been here a few times and the staff are always lovely. Coffee (mine is Doppio) is spot on and food delicious. Unlike many cafe/restaurants along the Jalan Pantai Pererenan strip, this team has setup well and continue to maintain the standards. Indoor AC and outdoor available.

I first visited Cinta 4 years ago when it was still in Berawa and it quickly became my favorite place! I think I went there around 10 times in a row! Now, I’m finally back 🥳 I love the option of creating my own breakfast plate in the morning! ☺️ The ambiance here is amazing, especially for dinner and the staff is always super polite and friendly!
