Drinks at Chatime Atelier are good — you can really taste the tea, not too sweet, smooth texture, and fresh toppings. Worth it after a long shift.

I came this afternoon 5-6 p.m, the cashier was not friendly at all, the young man was not welcoming, we ask about the advertisement and willing to have the one of those thing. Not sure what things should we got that’s why we ask, the young man pointed on the menu, but that’s was totally fine but still not right. When we order a drink and he input it on the order and keep silent instead of ask “Anything else?” since I wasn’t sure if he already wrote the first order, than we look at each other and he repeat my first order as a sign he already wrote it and still waiting for my second order, and then I told him my second order, he asked about the add-ons, then I asked him is there any free add-ons since this is not my first time to order chatime, sometimes they got the promotion for order 1 drink including the pearl/jelly with no add-ons charge. But he just said that if I want a topping then we should pay for it (smirking), I was like … dude, I know if I need something to add I have to pay, but you should respect us and it wasn’t the right way to say it to the customer. Then I decided to give the order really quick. Also normaly the cashier will ask if we want a normal ice, normal sugar, etc. But the young man say nothing, no thank you, no welcome words. I thought that it was only me who felt we were not supposed to get this kind of service, but then my colleagues mentioned it and she was feeling bad as well, bcs we work in hospitality we just felt really disappointed to got the service like this Let’s be honest, we were not waiting that long, and the guy who gave our order was friendly and say thank you for the order, that’s really great, the drink also just tasty as usual
Price quite expensive but the service very bad, order from F&B application with the voucher and already pay but my order doesn’t available at the store, which is not my vault because customer will order the menu from application and the cashier cancel my order and refund the money with voucher and i have to pay twice because i cant use the voucher from the first time i order. The place already comfy for WFC because has wifi and charging plug, but need improve the service from the cashier.
