Billionaire's Cut Barber and Coffeeshop

I booked an appointment for 4 PM since yesterday. I arrived five minutes early, but the stylist wasn’t there—they said he had stepped out. I waited until around 4:20 and he still hadn’t shown up. It’s really unclear why you accept bookings if this is the experience. It was such a waste of time.
