Weekday mornings are the quietest
I had an amazing time at the Atlas Beach Club in Bali. The atmosphere is incredible with beautiful ocean views and a vibrant beach club vibe. The food and music were fantastic, adding a lot to the overall experience. What really stood out was the staff — extremely welcoming and always smiling from the heart, which made the experience even more special. It’s truly the perfect place to relax and chill in the morning and then go wild at night when the music and energy pick up. Definitely a must-visit if you're in Bali.
We had the opportunity of going to Atlas Beach Club as there is a partnership deal with the hotel where we were staying. Free entry, so that was good. This place is not designed for anyone with mobility issues there are stairs and lengthy walks. The staff should be more observant of guests needs and they only allowed us to enter via a staff walkway when I asked was there an alternative to the stairs for my wife after we had already walked some distance and had to go back again. Once we were up the stairs we were advised that there was a IDR2.7m fee for use of a day bed (think it included drinks & food). After a lot of discussion it was confirmed that we could stay in the grass area lounge beds shelter #08. This was very comfortable with a great view over the pools and daybeds area with access only to the front pool. Again more stairs so not possible for my wife to have a swim. The highlight of the day was meeting Tutdi a very pleasant young man with a helpful attitude. He took our food and drink orders and cared for us through the afternoon. The food and drinks were enjoyable and it was a relaxing afternoon. When it was time for us to leave Tutdi provided a plastic bag for my wet swimsuit and assisted my wife down the stairs. Well done Tutdi you were the highlight of the day.
Love this place! very chilling, with its ambiance and service the consumable fees for foods and drinks was really worth it! Delicious foods and we have a personal attendant for our need inside the Atlas beach club. I Highly recommended Atlas Beach Club for families esp with minor children coz its kids friendly surroundings, lots of pools and a huge place. Beach in bali have a hard waves so swimming pool for kids is much better. Our family really enjoy the place and foods! Thank you Ayu and Vira for being our attendant for our whole day stay.
Just wow such an incredible venue to spend the entire day we didn’t mean to stay for as long as we did especially with 4 kids but we just had a blast we had a booth close to the kids pool area with slide and the booth had its own pool access so it was super easy to just be in and out. The staff were amazing very attentive and friendly towards my kids we got in around 12:30pm and left at 7pm as it was starting to get into club mood for the rest of the night. The vibes thru out the afternoon were great we ended up staying extra linger then expected so we caught sunset and had dinner there as well we literally swam and ate all day the booth area had some shade which was good for my youngest to have nap. Appreciate the staff so much once again and we will be back once again on our next trip. We are a family from Sydney Australia.
Completing a 5K run, especially in the Bali heat, deserves a monumental reward, and Atlas Beach Club delivers exactly that. While often touted as the "world's biggest party destination," Atlas offers surprisingly incredible, high-end amenities that make it an ideal—if somewhat lavish—recovery spot for serious athletes looking to relax and restore. The most crucial element for recovery is the Wellness Wing. Unlike many other beach clubs, Atlas provides dedicated facilities specifically designed to rejuvenate tired muscles. This includes a full Sauna and Steam Room setup for gentle heat therapy and detox, immediately followed by the invigorating Cold Plunge. For a runner dealing with inflammation or soreness in the legs, alternating between the heat and cold plunge is a game-changer, acting as professional hydrotherapy right in the middle of a stunning resort. You can even splurge on the VIP room for a private cold plunge experience.Once the initial recovery shock is over, the massive daybeds are your best friend. Securing one of the luxurious Daybeds offers a secluded, comfortable base to stretch, elevate your legs, and soak up the sun (responsibly!). The sheer scale of the club means you can usually find a corner that offers a slightly lower-key vibe away from the main stage's pumping energy, especially if you arrive earlier in the day.Hydration and refuelling are just as essential, and Atlas's diverse culinary offerings support recovery well beyond typical beach snacks. While they have plenty of indulgent items, you can easily find healthy, restorative options like fresh tropical juices and lighter fare such as the Gado-Gado (Indonesian signature salad) or high-quality sushi from Hama Sushi. Focusing on these options helps replenish electrolytes and protein without weighing you down.In summary, Atlas Beach Club transcends the typical "pool party" label to become a fantastic recovery destination. It merges high-end wellness facilities (sauna, cold plunge, spa) with luxurious relaxation zones and diverse refuelling options. It's the perfect place to treat yourself—and your aching muscles—to a well-earned, world-class recovery session.
