The Zillers Pastry Bar

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The desserts were delicious and beautifully presented. The café offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and the outdoor area is especially lovely and comfortable. The service could be better, but overall it was a nice experience.

Speaking as someone who's eaten a croissant at one of France's best bakeries, it definitely rivals the French croissant. If you arrive by 2:00 PM, you'll have a chance to try one of their limited selections of pistachio eclairs. I think the pistachio eclair is the best I've ever had. I was filled with tears of joy while eating it.

Delicious pastries and coffee but very cold and impersonal service from staff. Not very welcoming, no smile, bare minimum talking. In fact the staff walked away as we were going to ask for a table for 4, instead of welcoming us. Bad first impression but we will be back as the pastries are delicious. Extended review: now just checked the other reviews and all the negatives are about the staff. Can only agree sadly, shame as this place could be amazing with the right people in place.

Very elegant pastry shop. Beautiful offerings. I split the almond croissant with my wife. Crisp/flaky and delicious! Cappuccino was also beautiful and delicious. Made with a soft cloud on top 🙂. Pleasant outdoor patio too! Very friendly and welcoming service. *And their shortbread cookies are very delicious!

We visited during noon. The waitress was friendly and she kindly explained everything. We had a few pastries that were good. The almond croissant was amazing. And i think it was the best coffee that i have ever had in Athens. A bit on the expensive side.
