Streat cafe

Really tasty omelette with a nice strong frappe. A little bit lost in translation when ordering the food and was not exactly what we ordered but to be expected. Very busy with it being a Saturday morning so a credit to the young lady serving on her own and keeping fast friendly service.

I was welcome from a smiling waitress. I seated and she ask if I was ready to order in English. Perfect behaviour and very good knowledge of the English language. I did order a cappuccino and asked for something sweet to come with. She suggested a cake homemade and was really good apart a little burn on the top but didn’t change the taste. Bravi 👏 well done

Streat Cafe is a pleasant surprise in a rather gritty part of the city. Despite the rough surroundings, the cafe offers good coffee, friendly service, and a relaxed vibe. It's a decent spot to take a break if you're nearby, although the area around it feels a bit run-down and may not give the best first impression. Still, the quality inside makes it worth a stop — especially if you appreciate simple places with a touch of local authenticity.

I've visited Streat cafe twice and loved it both times. The club sandwich and waffle I ordered were amazing. The atmosphere was okay, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great spot to grab a bite. Definitely recommend!

Nice atmosphere..... I walked in and up to the counter where the waiter and two other staff were. I asked if I could sit inside. I sat down by 7:12.... 15 mins later I just left because the only person who came near my table was someone carrying stuff to the back room. I guess I will never know what it tastes like. I would have been an easy customer. Clearly all the other reviews about slow service are spot on. They weren't that busy considering most of the people sitting outside were just drinking coffees. If you want people to wait at least put menus on the table for people to look at. After 15 minutes I wasnt going to wait for a menu any longer when no one knows how long I woukd have had to wait for them to come back again after that. There is a bakery a few doors away that provided me with food I have brought back to my hotel. Ciao.
