Stadium Coffee

This was the very first coffee shop I visited after arriving in Athens, and it quickly became my favorite local ritual. Their Freddo (the iconic Greek iced coffee with that perfect foamy milk) is absolutely delicious and expertly made—exactly what I needed to start my trip. The shop itself is incredibly cozy and has a very unique, stylish vibe that makes you want to linger. What truly made my experience special, though, was the barista. He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to introduce me to the city, giving me fantastic local recommendations and "insider" tips that made my stay in Athens so much better. We had some great conversations, and his genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome as a newcomer. If you're looking for authentic coffee and a warm, friendly atmosphere, this is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Heading to Athens to do the tourist thing and wondering where you’ll get a good Melbourne-quality coffee. This place delivers! As soon as I saw the coffee machine, I knew this place knew how to make coffee. Serving coffee with freshly baked treats. This place is popular with the locals for good reason.
