TO THE OWNER OF MIKEL PANORMOU BRANCH! Please orient your unpolite, disrespectful and bad manner service crew you have! I went to many mikel stores and they all treated costumer very well and nice but this branch is THE MOST WORSE SERVICE CREW EVER! VERY DISAPPOINTING! Please wash out those kind of service crew especially the tall skinny guy who has beard and the tall girl who is at cashier who worked there they showed bad manners!

Great. I like it how white and usual chocolate have a remarkable difference. It's all great for people that cannot adjust to any type of coffee like me. The extra water and 2-biscuits gift were also fun and so was the opportunity to drink non-hot without ice. I like it and from now on wherever I go, I'll be searching for that chain. It is awesome.

It's a classic franchise coffee shop, decent coffee and chai. I would say prices for many drinks are a bit on the high side for what it is, but there is a nice variety at least.

Great quality. Great service. The staff is friendly and kind. Great coffee. Reasonably priced. Beautiful place well decorated. As it should be a franchise coffee shop of its kind. A huge plus one of the few air-conditioned coffee shops in the neighborhood in the middle of the summer heat.

Customer service by the young brunette girl was amazing but the place was packed busy and it was very much under staffed also I didn’t like the way the manger was talking down to the staff especially that they was only 2 or 3 staff to the full cafeteria other then that everything was perfect coffee was the best I had in Athens
