Excellent store with very beautiful and very good quality clothes! The quality is evident and the choices are always modern and stylish. The staff is kind, helpful and makes you feel comfortable from the first moment. Every time I find something special. I highly recommend it!!!
I have ordered again and the clothes are fine! But the service attitude is unacceptable! I wanted to make a return. I sent the package and called to see if it had been received and what I could do with the return… I also wanted to inform that I did not have any paperwork with the product and how the exchange would be made… the answer on the phone was initially that I could not see well and that there was also the receipt as well as that they did not understand the reason I called (it is probably a crime to call to ask about your return) without Of course asking me for my name to see the progress of the return! A little later they called me again to inform me that the package was finally there and it was okay, shouting of course that I had caused a problem and saying that they would also file a complaint for insult and threat! The second girl who called said that she was in front of the first phone call and of course the employee didn't say it like that and that it's not possible for someone to be everywhere and supervise returns whenever the customer requests it, of course within seconds the order was in their hands, something that could have been done from the beginning without asking me why I called them, you could have just said give me your details so we can see it! I was in a good mood just to be informed about a return but unfortunately I heard more!! Appreciate your customers not only in purchases but also in returns!!

Τραγικό! Στο ωράριο φαινόταν οτι το κατάστημα είναι ανοιχτό ενώ ήταν κλειστό! Επίσης είχε διπλα στην πόρτα εισόδου του καταστήματος ένα κουδούνι που έλεγε παρακαλώ «πατήστε το κουδούνι « αλλά και πάλι δεν απαντούσε κάνεις! Περιττό να πω ότι τηλέφωνο δεν σήκωσε ποτέ κανείς! Και όλα αυτά 31/12 στις 12:00 το μεσημέρι!!’
Beautiful clothes, unfortunately not of good quality! I bought a jacket and the first time I wore it, it ripped everywhere. I sent a message and they told me that I didn't take care of it properly and ruined it. Because I didn't want to throw it away, I took it to two of the best seamstresses in Glyfada, and both of them told me exactly the same thing, "poorly sewn, not at all careful, not repairable" and they even asked me if I really got it from a good site and not from the well-known Chinese ones. Too bad I threw away my money...
