The behavior of the employees is unacceptable, no excuse for their abrupt and indifferent manner and their ignorance in terms of customer service. No testers on site, no "Try me" products and yet they have a 20 EUR body lotion which I am supposed to buy without even trying the texture.Employees are highly uneducated about what they are and have been selling in this same store. When I asked about Neutrogena products (which we all know are among the most well known in the world), the lady answered me with "Δεν έχω ακούσει τέτοια εταιρεία". i had to show her the brand on Google for her only to repeat that she haven't heard about the brand ever. Educate your staff, because it's embarrassing. Also spare one of every product for people to try it- that's how this business ia done around the world and in Lili stores in other countries. Also, almost nothing in the store - ONE hair cap?? Seriously?

I love that store it reminds me of DM in Germany with everything inside only missing few brand like Weleda, Mixa, Neutrogena but the idea is here.
