Unacceptable..I ordered a water thermostat for a fireplace and they have sent it to me twice incorrectly..they send the air thermostat..and tell me it does the same job when it doesn't because I read the instructions and everyone has a different setting..and while they are wrong they also charge me for shipping each time.

I bought the most expensive exhaust fan they had because I wanted it to be quiet and it's no different from the cheap one! I will definitely not use them again because they don't know the products they sell!! The service where I spoke to a gentleman and told him my problem was really apathetic… I really don't know what to say, I have twenty-five rentals and I have tried various exhaust fans and the one that should be quiet makes exactly the same noise as a cheap one from the store! I am really disappointed with this choice of mine and I regret the €200 I paid.

The fan with adjustable louver that I ordered arrived after a week as they had told us, but the louver does not snap onto the base!!!!! It was essentially a simple fan, to which they had adapted a system for adjusting the louver. The problem that arose, however, was that this system prevented the louver from snapping into place. I called them to inform them about it and to find a solution, I spoke to the employee, explained the problem to him and that he would call me the next day. Unfortunately, the problem was not solved. They never called me to tell me what could be done, perhaps a replacement, for example. I was forced to buy another fan from elsewhere.
